About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Coordinator to assist in establishing, managing, and introducing logistics-related inputs to capability. This role involves coordinating industry partners to deliver support system elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute logistics support plans and activities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for mitigation throughout the planning and implementation phase.
  • Review existing logistics management plans and lead the generation of relevant logistics support plans/processes/requirements and specifications.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders at operational and tactical levels.
  • Be involved in MILIS transactions such as cataloguing and codification.

About You

We require an individual with knowledge of logistics management methodology, systems, and procedures. Experience drafting Integrated Logistic Support Instructions is essential. Qualifications and professional development in Logistics and/or Technical equivalence are required. Familiarity with Defence logistics and configuration management databases like MILIS, CMT-L, and MCCAT is necessary. Security Clearance: Baseline minimum with willingness to upgrade to NV1.
