Logistics Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to our fleet allocation and Operations Manager.
This role will involve holding a current forklift license, performing various tasks as designated by the Operations Manager, and providing administration support to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to fleet allocation and Operations Manager
- Hold a current Forklift License
- Print Connotes as requested
- Print and consolidate dangerous goods paperwork - ensure it is attached to connotes for compliance purposes
- Report damages and unlabeled freight
- Tasks as designated by Operations Manager
- Forklift operation as required
- POD retrieval for local and interstate agents
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
They will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about logistics and transportation, we would love to hear from you.
