Registered Nurse - Enhance the Lives of Seniors

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment.

As a Registered Nurse at our aged care facility, you will provide person-centred clinical support, medication administration according to personalised care plans, and develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

You will also build trusting relationships with residents and their families, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care.

The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, respectful, and resilient individual who genuinely seeks to promote the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of older people.

To succeed in this role, you will require current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, a Bachelor of Nursing, NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID, and strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.
