In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures. As a Team Leader, you'll also coach, supervise, and guide the personal care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care plans and deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care

Requirements:

  • A current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing degree or similar qualification
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
