Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee project schedules, cost control, change management, and project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, cost estimation, and risk management. They will be responsible for preparing comprehensive management reports, project documentation, and technical audits.
- Develop and manage project schedules using project management tools.
- Perform detailed cost analyses, develop cost estimates, and manage project budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Resolve delay claims and manage construction disputes according to international practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Certification in project management or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 5 years in project control and cost engineering roles.
- Experience in infrastructure and mining projects.
