This role provides administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of a high-profile rail infrastructure project.
About the Project
The New Albion Station Project is a key upgrade to Queensland's passenger network, enhancing accessibility, connectivity, and customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage Diaries and Coordinate Meetings: Assist senior executives with diaries, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Document Control and Correspondence Tracking: Manage documents, track correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
- Support Functions: Provide assistance with HR, finance, procurement, and office logistics.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate professionally and timely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Local Systems Administrator Support: Deliver timesheet management support.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience supporting infrastructure or engineering projects, strong administration skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
