Infrastructure Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our multidisciplinary civil projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for design management, project coordination, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering. Recent projects have included the Fulham solar farm, Melbourne Airport's Third Runway, and the Western Treatment Plant Upgrade.
Key responsibilities:
- Design management, project coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary civil projects.
- Developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team, including workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members in technical areas and project planning and execution.
- Business development activities, from identifying opportunities to their active pursuit with internal and external partners.

About You
Ideally, you're a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia, or equivalent. Your experience comes from a consulting environment, with expertise in grading and drainage design.
You have strong links to the Victorian market, with 3D Design, Design Management, and Bid writing/tendering experience. You're a values-driven person who enjoys sharing successes and delivering excellence for clients.
