Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Support the delivery of major infrastructure projects with a focus on design coordination and compliance. Ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards, including documentation, stakeholder inputs, and sequencing of approvals.

Collaborate with project teams to navigate complex approval processes, maintain detailed records of progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain programme integrity.

Based in the Brisbane office, work closely with the wider project and approvals team to ensure seamless integration of tenancy works into the broader development.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage end-to-end approvals process for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure clarity of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications">

Education & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally with exposure to tenancy coordination or fit-out within complex environments.

Key Competencies

Strong understanding of development and building approvals processes, including document preparation, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain oversight of key milestones.

Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
