Job Summary

The Capsules Operator plays a critical role in maintaining line safety, quality, and performance, working alongside production leaders and maintenance teams on continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Activities: Start-up/Shutdown Procedures – Conduct pre-start-up checks to ensure the area and equipment are clean and safe. Assist in shutting down equipment and the area as per SOP.
  • Operational Activities: Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) – Perform CIL activities per SOPs to maintain and return equipment to original standard.
  • Operational Activities: Material Availability – Pick and return packaging and raw materials from warehouse locations to demarcated staging areas per 5S standards on the packing line.
  • Quality Assurance: Quality Checks – Perform required quality checks and monitor product quality against set standards, reporting any product and packaging defects.
  • Safety and Environment: Comprehensive Knowledge – Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all safe practices and systems relevant to the North Rocks site and legal responsibility.
