Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting Pandora stores across ANZ with leasing contract administration. This includes managing global leasing tools, store master data, lease negotiations for temporary trading locations, and other key accountabilities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage local administrator of global leasing tool
  • Local administrator of store master data
  • Negotiate leases for temporary trading locations and storage locations to support refits/relocations
  • Develop and support business cases (IP's)
  • Collaborate with legal to ensure all leases are finalized and on track
  • Provide legal with key timing and workflow on leasing contract activities
  • Record minutes in Network Committee meetings
  • Manage leasing document repository with Franchise & Distributor Administrator and Legal
  • Support Director Network & Franchise Management with cluster 3 Year Plan administration
  • Support Director Network & Franchise Management with cluster Roadmap administration
  • Partner with SDPE to ensure network projects are completed
  • Support Director Network & Franchise Management with ad-hoc administration tasks as requested
