The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Service to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs to children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs to children;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Maintain positive relationships with school staff, parents and children;
- Monitor and report on program quality and child safety;
- Provide support and guidance to educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A qualification in early childhood education or a related field;
- Experience in a leadership role in OSHC or a similar field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
