About This Role

As a Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Supporting the program compliance, ensuring a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards
  • Building strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
  • Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods
What We're Looking For

We want someone who is passionate about kids, has a positive 'can do' attitude, and just loves to have fun As a strong team player, you'll love leading a team to success. You'll be keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry, with outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW your customers. If you may already be working towards or have completed an ACECQA recognised qualification, we have a traineeship just for you
