Strategic Project Manager

Binance's Central Project Management Office (CPMO) is a key driver of strategic initiatives and operational excellence. This team sets targets, manages performance, and establishes governance frameworks to hold teams accountable for their results.
The CPMO oversees special and top-priority projects critical to the company's success. By working closely with all departments, we ensure that Binance's projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams drives growth in core and new business areas, improves organizational design, and optimizes internal processes to support growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Governance & Performance Management:
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks
- Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
As a member of the CPMO team, you will lead high-impact projects, enhance our operational performance, and contribute to Binance's mission of leading the cryptocurrency industry.
