Your Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor leaders and team members in agile methodologies to transform our operational processes, enhancing quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate transparency in success metrics and implement practices such as lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Promote agile awareness, establish new agile teams, and conduct training sessions to enhance understanding and implementation of agile practices.
- Drive the adoption of agile practices within key programs and technology initiatives.
- Develop and refine Kmart's unique approach to agile methodologies, continuously adapting based on insights gained from implementation.
- Support the integration of strategic programs and traditional delivery models as they mature.
- Enhance team capabilities by acting as a coach and mentor, ensuring success in foundational agile practices.
- Assist in launching strategic projects and platforms to establish minimum viable capabilities in our new operational methodologies.
Qualifications for Success
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, successfully driving organizational change and coaching teams.
- Expertise in implementing and embedding agile practices within large organizations.
- Experience in managing projects or initiatives using agile methodologies.
- Certification in agile frameworks or methodologies at an expert level.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering connections between people and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of building trust and empathy.
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics in delivery teams.
- Coaching and mentoring skills, essential for leading organizational change.
- Ability to cultivate a continuous learning environment and maintain connections within the agile community.
- Facilitation skills for large planning and alignment sessions.
- Adaptability in coaching styles based on situational needs.
