Senior Functional Analyst - Transformation Leader

As a Senior Functional Analyst at Kmart, you will play a key role in leading the transformation of our online shopping and fulfillment experience. With a focus on driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and validate systems, ensuring seamless implementations and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide task leadership within an agile delivery model, guiding teams towards successful project outcomes.
  • Implement and validate systems, ensuring that all components are set up correctly for end-to-end functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless implementations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Solution Architects and technical team members to drive improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex challenges.
  • Implementation experience with Manhattan Active Omni (Distributed Order Management, Store fulfillment and Contact Center modules).
  • Experience in configuration and maintenance of the Manhattan Active Omni platform, ensuring alignment with user and business requirements, including order routing, inventory availability, user roles, and security settings.
  • Familiarity with testing processes, tools, and methodologies in an agile environment.
