Job Description

As a Business Analyst Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying operational improvement areas and collaborating with the Head of Product and Product Lead to define the tribe-level roadmap. You will be responsible for managing the performance and development of Business Analysts, contributing to risk and issue management, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Drive the Business Analyst guild and oversee the review of Business Analyst deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement within operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage the performance and development of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in tribe risk and issue management, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential challenges.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, benefits realisation, and initiative reviews to support project planning and delivery.

You will be working closely with various stakeholders to drive the transformation agenda, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement strategies that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery best practices, including Behavior Driven Development, discovery-to-delivery, and facilitation.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, and presentation/collaboration tools like Miro, , Visio, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with software delivery methods, both Agile and Waterfall.
