Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Brand Collective. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth allocation of stock to our retail and online stores.

Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Merchandise Planning Manager to develop and refine Retail Store stock grids/profiles
- Create and maintain store option planners & SOH capacity model
- Manage replenishment of core and seasonal lines to ensure in-stock targets are met
- Maintain the right product mix, analyzing and reacting to store trends and overall performance
- Monitor gaps and make recommendations for action
- Communicate with stores on key brand/product issues
- Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate and report on stock deliveries
- At least 1 year's experience as an Allocator in the footwear/apparel industry or relevant experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Problem Solving ability to gather all key information and then use logic and creativity to propose solutions
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume retailer
- Capacity to build strong working relationships throughout the brand and work effectively with all levels
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must
- Generous salary package: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
