Inventory Management Specialist

Description:

Ventia is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and repairing operations across Australia.

About the Role:

  • Process inventory-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain records and support strategic stocking initiatives
  • Collaborate with field-based inventory staff and stakeholders to drive improvements in materials management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely reporting to support business goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using MS Excel, Outlook (SAP an advantage)
