Job Title: Inventory Support Officer

The Inventory Support Officer will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and maintenance of inventory processes that are integral to the functioning of Rig and Well Services operations across Australia. This role involves supporting inventory-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of paperwork, maintaining records, and contributing to strategic stocking and cost control initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and providing timely reporting to support business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations
  • Ensuring correct cost code allocation in the ERP system in line with governance frameworks
  • Upholding company values and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace

Required Skills and Qualifications
