Ventia's Inventory Support Officer will support inventory processes that underpin the maintenance and repair of Ventia's Rig and Well Services operations across Australia.
As an Inventory Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inventory-related paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting strategic stocking and cost control initiatives. You'll collaborate with field-based inventory staff and stakeholders to drive improvements in materials management.
This role is based in our Toowoomba office, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Process delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely reporting to support business goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations
- Ensure correct cost code allocation in the ERP system in line with governance frameworks
- Uphold company values and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace

- Experience using MS Excel, Outlook (SAP an advantage)
- A background in administration, inventory, or warehousing will be held in high regard
