Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inventory-related paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting strategic stocking and cost control initiatives.

This position involves collaborating with field-based inventory staff and stakeholders to drive improvements in materials management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and providing timely reporting to support business goals.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations.
  • Ensuring correct cost code allocation in the ERP system in line with governance frameworks.
  • Upholding company values and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. A background in administration, inventory, or warehousing is highly regarded.
