About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Quality Systems Coordinator to join our NSW manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving compliance and continuous improvement, and will be responsible for managing quality and food safety systems, leading audits, and implementing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, lead auditor qualification, and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, HACCP, and FSSC 22000. They'll also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
- Lead and coordinate audit processes, including external and internal audits.
- Develop and implement effective document control systems.
- Conduct product testing and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify improvements, and implement action plans.
