Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our CRM system and processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform CRM strategies and decision-making.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • IT Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful system implementation.
  • User Support: Provide end-user training and support during CRM system implementations and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related tools.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
