About the Company

We are Charterhouse Recruitment (Australia) and we're seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with flexible work environment, paying $100,000 - $120,000 + super.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to work with our Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement new processes and procedures. The successful candidate will identify areas of improvement and recommend business solutions, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, create and maintain company intranet home site on SharePoint Online, provide staff training on internal processes and procedures, and develop employee onboarding and training program.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable previous process and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking, problem-solving, and learning ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
