Program Manager for Process Improvement

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead our operational excellence initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects that drive process improvements, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to senior leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure program success.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive progress independently.
