Finance Process Improvement Manager

This manager role focuses on improving financial processes through the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems, driving business efficiency and growth.
- 12 month contract
- Future state ERP program
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing current financial processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Work with the project manager and vendor to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
