About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Batard, a new and exciting restaurant concept from Lucas Restaurants. As a key member of our opening team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Main Role Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Delivery: Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service, from greeting to farewell, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Work Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available and easily accessible.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring that the restaurant is ready for service and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a premium a-la-carte dining environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional service skills, high adaptability, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attributes: Exemplary leadership, ability to develop and mentor team members, and a passion for hospitality.
