Responsibilities:
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and beverage service
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Requirements:
* Proven work experience in a high-volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant
* Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge & passion for the industry
* Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
* Ability to work with, mentor, and develop a large team
* Wine & cocktail knowledge is a bonus
* Comfortable setting priorities and tasks as required
* Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Proficient computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office
* Solid financial acumen and the desire to exceed expectations
