Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that all operational procedures are followed and that the cafe/restaurant is consistently ready for service.
- Monitor and control inventory, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.87, equivalent to $57, $67,000 based on working days and penalties applicable as per the Hospitality Industry General Award.
