Project Estimator - Building and Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to provide high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations, assess project trade packages, and contribute to research and development of best practices in estimating, costing, and contract administration.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing tender and quotation documentation, using estimating software, assessing project trade packages, and collaborating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve cost efficiencies.
Requirements:
