Estimate and Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our team as an Estimate and Contract Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in estimating, costing, and contract administration while working on exciting building projects.

About the Role:
  • Prepare high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Utilize estimating software to produce consistent and accurate client quotations.
  • Develop precise estimates, quotations, and project trade packages, including material lists and construction programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance service delivery and achieve cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Estimating and Quotation: Prepare comprehensive tender and quotation documents for various building projects, considering client specifications and industry standards.
  2. Contract Administration: Develop and manage project trade packages, including material lists and construction programs, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Cost Management: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize costs and deliver exceptional service.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and innovation in estimating, costing, and contract administration.

  • A strong background in estimating, preferably within the building/construction industry.
  • Proven ability to prepare accurate and detailed estimates, quotations, and project trade packages.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
