Senior Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to support minor works projects in Cairns or surrounding areas.

About the Role
  • Produce high-quality tenders and quotations for minor works projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations, material lists, and construction programs.
  • Assist with the development of best practices in estimating, costing, and contract management.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe work environment, adhering to HR practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, and workplace health and safety standards.
About You
  • Solid building and construction trade background.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Estimating.
  • High proficiency with computer-based estimating software.
  • Hold a current Car License and reside in Cairns or a surrounding area within reasonable driving distance.
  • Clean Criminal History is mandatory.
