We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to join our team, supporting minor works projects.
The key responsibilities include producing high-quality tenders and quotations, preparing tender documentation, utilizing computer-based estimating packages, and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
- Produce high-quality tenders and quotations for minor works projects.
- Prepare tender documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilise computer-based estimating packages for client quotations and estimates.
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations, material lists, and construction programs.
- Assist with the development and research of best practices in estimating, costing, and contract management.
- Work collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
