About Change Management Roles.

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Specialist to lead our organisation through strategic transformation and improve our ability to achieve future goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement and manage organisational change plans to drive business growth and excellence.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, collaboration and buy-in to support successful change management.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our strategy implementation framework and success metrics.
- Design and delivery of training, facilitation and change programs to enhance team performance and individual capabilities.
- Support the development of organisational design and definition of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other specialists to enable effective management of change.

**Requirements:**

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant studies or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development.
- 5+ years change management implementation and delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop positive, effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to identify and mitigate risks.
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills to drive organisational change and improvements.
