About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our games, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive player engagement and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our players and the gaming market, using data and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and features, ensuring that the product roadmap is aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and evaluation, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management within the games industry, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming market and player behavior.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
