About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our games, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our players.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive player engagement and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our players and the gaming market, using data and insights to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that products meet the defined requirements and are delivered on time.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation, ensuring that the most important features are delivered first.
- Conduct post-release analyses to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to promote our games and optimize response and ROI.
- Work with the Director of Product to develop business plans and set KPIs for the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management within the games industry, with a strong understanding of mobile gaming.
- Experience using Excel or BI tools to build dashboards and produce insights.
- Experience in a B2C product management environment where the consumer is the priority.
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles, with experience using product management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends.
