Job Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support professional to join our team in North Western Sydney.

This role involves providing disability support services to individuals with varying needs, focusing on daily living support, personal care, community access, and domestic assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with people and making a positive difference in their lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with care in the home (bathing, toileting, mobility)
  • Supporting participants to engage in social activities and appointments
  • Assistance with household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation)
  • Administration of medications
  • Light administrative duties (record maintenance, reporting)

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion to work alongside individuals and make a positive impact
  • Professional or lived experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to person-centred focus
  • Flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
  • Resilience and compassion
  • Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or related field preferred
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current National Police check
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination
