Support Worker Role

We are seeking an empathetic, fun-loving and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

  • Provide exceptional support to clients to meet their goals outlined in their NDIS plan.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, domestic assistance, social support, transportation and community outings.
  • Develop connections with the community to achieve client goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • A current full driver's license and own car.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Experience in Manual Handling, bowel care and challenging behaviors.
  • Previous experience in Assistant in Nursing (AIN).

This is a Full Time Position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
