Facilities Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee facilities services for a major client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical environments and specialist service providers, ensuring efficient maintenance and development of hard and soft services.
The role involves:
- Managing services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers, including fire safety systems, mechanical services, and hydraulic services.
- Carrying out building inspections and documenting findings.
- Ensuring operating expenditure is managed effectively and sustainably, with a focus on cost-effective maintenance and development of facilities.
- Conducting routine precinct inspections and documenting issues for action.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in facilities management or operations, with a strong focus on fire and mechanical services.
- A trade background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing services, and project management experience.
- Experience in managing services supporting critical environments.
- A sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.
