About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Lead to manage the design, implementation, operation, security, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute ASC's infrastructure and operations strategy. This role is ideal for a technically-minded individual who can lead and manage IT infrastructure and related services.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, optimize, and operate IT infrastructure
- Ensure seamless integration, operations, and support of infrastructure services
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure resources, including performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Lead response to infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and practices

About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry-recognised certifications are a plus
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Microsoft domains, virtualisation platforms (VMware), and storage environments, with a strong focus on cybersecurity
- Strong critical thinking, informed decision-making, and self-management skills
- Excellent technical, report writing, presentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-disciplined team environment
