About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to join our team in Osborne, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, security, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with IT Security, Physical Security, Engineering, and other Transformation teams to develop and execute ASC's infrastructure and operations strategy. If you have a passion for leading and managing IT infrastructure and related services, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, optimize, and operate IT infrastructure
- Ensure seamless integration, operations, and support of infrastructure services
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure resources, including performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Lead response to infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tools, processes, and practices
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry-recognised certifications are a plus
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Microsoft domains, virtualisation platforms (VMware), and storage environments, with a strong focus on cybersecurity
- Strong critical thinking, informed decision-making, and self-management skills
- Excellent technical, report writing, presentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-disciplined team environment
