The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney-based team.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including constructing bridges, upgrading roadways, or delivering other key civil works that shape Sydney's future.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure projects.
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Identifying and managing project risks while implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including progress reports, cost forecasts, and technical submissions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in delivering civil infrastructure/roading projects (preferably in Sydney or NSW).
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and coordinate teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
