Experienced Workers Compensation Lawyer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and representation to injured workers in their claims for compensation.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career in the field of workers compensation law.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining entitlement to compensation, advising on medical treatment options, negotiating settlements with insurers, and preparing and filing necessary documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Determine entitlement to compensation
- Advise on medical treatment options
- Negotiate settlements with insurers
- Prepare and file necessary documentation
- Represent clients at hearings and mediations
- Liaise with medical professionals, insurers, and other relevant parties
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Maintain accurate client files and billing records
- Contribute to the development and improvement of firm processes and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to junior lawyers and paralegals (if applicable)
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Workers Compensation Lawyer (Applicant Side) in NSW, a proven track record of success in achieving positive outcomes for clients, strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation and advocacy skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and a strong client service orientation and empathy.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workers Compensation Lawyer (Applicant Side) in NSW
- Proven track record of success in achieving positive outcomes for clients
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong client service orientation and empathy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
This position is ideally part-time, 4 days a week; however, full-time consideration will be given to the right candidate.
