Key Responsibilities:- Achieve business targets, KPIs, and sales in accordance with our brand retail strategy.
- Maintain impeccable standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly secured at all times.
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience.
- Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximise sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a luxury environment.
- Background in sales, luxury retail, or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong selling skills and a positive mindset.
