Job Overview

This is a high-profile sales role where you will play a pivotal part in creating and enhancing the customer experience at our Australian boutique. As Senior Sales Executive, you will be working closely with the team to foster exceptional relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a strong ability to build long-term sustainable relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the boutique team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and merchandise maintenance
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to maximise sales opportunities and promote brand awareness
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a luxury environment with a proven track record of sales success
  • Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality or aviation industry (experience within luxury watches and high-end jewellery industries highly desirable)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • A positive mindset and inspiring attitude with a strong focus on building a positive team dynamic
