Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative maintenance, lean manufacturing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance team and tasks, including start-up preparation and response to break-fix situations.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance strategy to maximize asset utilization.
  • Analyze plant equipment reliability and performance to improve overall efficiency.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure PMs are completed as planned.
  • Identify and correct any OH&S issues.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in preventative maintenance (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing a maintenance department in a food or FMCG setting (advantageous).
  • A Mechanical Trade Certificate or Electrical background would be highly regarded.

Working Conditions

37.5 hours per week on a contract to permanent basis. Required to work from our office in Ingleburn, NSW.

Fixed shift.
