**About the Role**

We are seeking a successful emerging leader to join our client's senior management team. As a key member of the board, you will guide the management team and wider business groups in achieving clearly set objectives and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute clearly defined business strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with the board.
  • Bring advanced communication skills and senior leadership knowledge to facilitate increased networking opportunities and drive expansion.
  • Work closely with the Board and Heads of Finance and Operations to facilitate robust financial planning and revenue generation.
  • Champion the ongoing review and adoption of systems and processes to enable the business to deliver high-output results to their customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team and wider operational, sales, and delivery teams to achieve the best possible results.

**Requirements**

  • 15+ years of corporate leadership experience, having held impactful corporate and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrate specific impact within previous roles on increasing market share, productivity, driving efficiencies, and profitability.
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, MBA or advanced qualifications in change management or process improvement would be advantageous.
  • Candidates with specific sector experience from within Hospitality, Labour Hire/HR Consulting/Recruitment, or FMCG are encouraged to apply.
