Job Description

As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee morale.

This includes promoting a strong organizational culture, designing initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, and conducting employee surveys to analyze results and suggest action plans.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Plan and organize team-building events, wellness programs, and celebrations.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and analyze results to inform strategy.
  • Communicate company culture and engagement initiatives through various campaigns.
  • Maintain records of all engagement programs and participation metrics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding programs for a seamless employee experience.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
  • Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
