Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the coordination of research projects across Allied Health Professions in Sydney Local District and the Faculty of Medicine and Health.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Professors of Allied Health and liaise regularly with Sydney Local Health District clinicians and research staff to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide administrative and operational support for projects, including coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Assist with conducting qualitative and quantitative research, as well as provide specific research support to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to the organization of education and training programs for allied health clinicians, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in an allied health profession or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in research methods and stakeholder engagement
  • A strong understanding of the NSW public health system, including current policies and initiatives
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
