Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supporting initiatives through the planning, implementation, and delivery of key programs aligned with our strategic priorities.
  • Fostering collaboration by building strong networks across locations, focusing on engaging early- and mid-career researchers.
  • Leading the planning and delivery of events and communications that promote our work and engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing project operations, including financial administration, reporting, and governance processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Supporting research and funding activities by assisting with ethics and governance processes, preparing reports, and identifying new funding opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience in project management and administration within a research, university, or health environment.
  • Strong understanding of research processes, including ethics, governance, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across disciplines and locations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
